We are constantly seeking Land and Redvelopment opportunities, whether it be Undeveloped Land from a single Building Plot, Brownland Sites (i.e. Garages. ) or Conversion and Refurbishment Projects.
We will also identify and procure Land and Redevelopment Opportunities for clients and be directly responsible for the preparation of Aquisition Appraisals and Feasibility Studies, through to Purchase.
